- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Very friendly bankers, but the general atmosphere tends to be perhaps somewhat overly clinical. I understand the obvious desire on their part to put forth an image of their location being the utmost in professionalism, organization and therefore reliable and trustworthy banking. I just tend to feel uncomfortable, and slightly out of place whilst standing in the queue, and have heard similar feelings expressed by my many friends in the restaurant business. Real or imagined, there are times when one cannot help but detect a palpable sense of judgment/condescension coming from the staff of this otherwise fine establishment.By A Google User, March 16, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible location. I'm not one to normally write reviews or degrade places. I have had three bad experiences in a row. This bank and its entire staff look and appear entitled and we are lucky to be having their presence in front of us. They always have a wait. At lunch time, they will be running one teller, maybe two. They have room for three. With no drive-thru you would expect a full staff inside. The staff is very unfriendly and management acts like they have the keys to the Federal Reserve. I have witnessed them question two separate payroll checks on individuals; both were verified by phone, but no apology was given to the customer...just a shrug. They are slow at processing customers as well. I created a new account for online banking. Got home and needed my debit card number to access...it will arrive in 5-7 days, but the bank could have given me a temporary one...but that wasn't even offered. They also had to locate the keys to a desk because the girl took them home. One hour to open an account; I should have went to Regions across the street... This location may be new, but it is not the best. I hope someone knocks them off of their pedestals and they realize that they actually work for the customers and not the other way around.By Wes Kilgore, January 07, 2017
